wanted to order an earing, it was suggested by gullak app as i have some 24k gold there. but totally frustrated with this app. this app needs huge improvement. it keeps lagging, not responding and very slow.. can't check any product properly. people will be frustrated within 5 minutes of using the app and will uninstall it. that's what I'm going to do now.

I had scheduled try at home for today 12:30 PM with caratlane a week back and had constantly followed up and every time I was assured assistant will call up before coming. It is 12 pm already and I have received no call. Now the agent on WhatsApp is telling the assistant met with accident 3 days back. Why were they giving me false assurance until yesterday evening. The agents on WhatsApp are useless as they keep giving false assurance. Please get this fixed. It is very frustrating.
